Back on Track

I went to the shore with Robin and John from Sunday to Wednesday and put on 4 pounds. I've taken off 3 of them. Did my 3rd Callanetics class. One of the girls in the class and the instructor told me that I can do it every day, even twice a day. So I signed up for unlimited. I have a little over 3 weeks before school starts, let's see what I can do.

Today, I weighed 199. I need to get pictures taken of me.

So far today I've had coffee, a protein shake with Peanut Butter and heavy cream, and a Greek salad w/chicken on top. I used Tzatziki sauce for dressing.

If I am hungry later, I'll have some low carb ice cream.

Tomorrow I won't have to be anywhere at any given time, so I can focus on cleaning up the house.

I have counseling today. I think I am going to tell my counselor that I don't feel like going anymore. He seems to want me to sit around and cry. There was a group meeting on Monday nights and it was just people sitting around and talking about their problems. That is NOT at all my style; I want to FIX my problems.

I think I learned a couple of things from counseling. I need to slow down. Easier said than done, for me.
